Tri-Mode Saw

Description

The Tri-mode saw is a “slewing arm” type saw that allows cutting angles of up to 45 degrees left and right. A laser guide ensures accurate positioning of the saw and blade alignment for angle cuts. Longitudinal cuts can also be made at any location across the slab.

Cut depths and cutting speeds are pre-set and cutting is automatically controlled using microprocessor controls which ensure the accuracy of repeat cuts at any angle.

All saw movements, longitudinal travel, slewing, cross travel, and vertical travel are hydraulically activated. This allows the speed of these functions to be adjusted to suit local conditions.

The blade motor is a high efficiency direct drive hydraulic motor. This is unique to the Dynacore Tri-Mode saw and ensures reduced energy consumption. It also has safety cut-offs to minimize blade damage if a blade jams.
