Replacement Parts

Replacement parts are a significant cost over the useful life of a machine. Dynacore has minimized this cost through design and quality. There are very few wear parts on an EM hollowcore extruder module and they are manufactured from high quality materials for long wear life.

Just as importantly, in order to keep your inventory costs low, Dynacore maintains an inventory of all standard wear parts for faster delivery.

Augers:

Augers are one of the major wear parts, needing the most frequent replacement. Dynacore auger bodies and auger ends are made of high quality Nihard 1 steel, resulting in a long wear life due to high abrasion resistance.

Auger ends:

In addition, augers have a patented auger end. It is the last 25% of any auger that gets the most wear, so our auger ends are replaceable, eliminating the need and cost of replacing an entire auger.

Material shield:

The material shield is mounted between the augers and controls the flow of concrete around the augers. These are manufactured from abrasion resistant AR steel, the type used in loader and excavator buckets.

Other:

Side plates, hammering plates and forming dies are the other parts that come in contact with concrete; they are hard chromed for high abrasion resistance and replaced very infrequently.
