The Dynacore Solution

Augers are the highest wear parts of any hollowcore extrusion system and must be replaced periodically if production quality is to be maintained. In competitor machines, the worn auger must be completely removed, discarded, then a new auger must be installed. This process usually requires a considerable amount of disassembly of the extrusion module, resulting in downtime often measured in days. Our replaceable auger end solution reduces that downtime to minutes.

In Dynacore Equipment extruders, the last 25% of the auger, that which is most prone to wear, is removable and can be changed out in less than an hour. This virtually eliminates the need for the extruder to be taken out of production. In effect, you’re changing the blade, rather than throwing away the entire razor.
