Modular Extrusion System
True Modularity
Dynacore Equipment extruders are truly modular. This maximizes your investment and helps provide for cost effective production expansion. The interchangeable Dynacore power unit can be shared between every one of our different sized Dynacore extruder bases without exception.
Each power unit includes a control panel, transformers, drive motors, and gearboxes. The actual transfer from one size extrusion base to another can be performed in under two hours.
For a producer manufacturing three sizes of slab, such as 200, 250 and 300, the use of our modular system results in a 40% saving over purchasing three stand-alone extruders. The system is also perfect for producers that only need to manufacture a particular size occasionally, since only that particular extrusion base need be purchased.
Extrusion base modules for each size consist of a main frame, wheels, side plates, main bearing housing, replaceable end augers, mandrels, and follower tubes. The top hammering plate, finishing plate, and concrete hopper can be interchanged between all modules.
