Clients worldwide depend on Dynacore Equipment. Our intelligent engineering incorporates unique patented design elements and fine control capabilities that simply do not exist on competitor products.

Extruder Technology Highlights:

The technology to produce extruded flooring and wall panel systems has existed for more than 30 years. Most of the systems available today have not changed much in that time. Dynacore machines are the exception.

Since 1983, there has been a program of continuous and innovative development resulting in the current generation of Dynacore extruders. Some highlights of this program are listed below:

1985 New hammerplate design.
1985 First replaceable auger ends.
Floor slab given a ribbed and exposed finish and used as wall panel.
1990 Further development of hammerplate and introduction of low-frequency, single top vibrator.
1992 360 size extruder complete with replaceable auger ends.
1991 150 machine complete with in-head vibrator motor.
1991 First Tri-mode saw able to cut cross-cut, angle cuts and longitudinal cuts.
Development of high-compression augers.
1993 Development of extruder variable speed controls.
1994 400 size extruder.
1994 Development of split replaceable auger ends.
1995 Full "turn key" hollowcore plant supplied to Middle East.
2000 Single point lubrication of internal vibrators.
2002 Modular extrusion system introduced
2005 PLC control systems introduced to extruders and saws
2006 Noise reduction systems introduced

The End Result

Our 5th generation hollowcore production equipment which is economical to operate and simple to use, yet sophisticated in design and extremely reliable. Dynacore extruders provide an operating flexibility unmatched by any other extruder on the market.
