| 1970 - 1974 | Dy-Core – develops stronger, more reliable extruder than existing technology. Faster production rates, no strand slippage, less maintenance. |
| 1975 - 1978 | Dy-Core Industries - Builds full precast concrete plant in Middle East and uses the precast concrete to build apartments, houses and a hotel. Operates a hollowcore production facility in North Vancouver. Develops the in-mandrel vibrator motor. |
| 1979 - 1982 | Maxi-Span - Round void only, internal vibrators. |
| 1979 - 1982 | Maxi-Span - Round void only, internal vibrators. ITTUP Hollowcore Engineering - Builds new hollowcore production plant in North Vancouver. |
| 1983 | International Hollowcore Engineering Inc. is established and develops a new line of IHE extruders; IHE also services Maxi-Span and Dycore equipment. |
| 2002 | ATMI Dynacore forms ATMI Canada Ltd. and takes over IHE’s business. New management team brought in. |
| 2005 | Management team establishes Dynacore Equipment Limited. and purchases ATMI Canada’s company assets and extruder technology patents. |
